Dr. Taegel began orthopedic surgery on the knee 35 years ago and began arthroscoping knee joints in 1973.

Conditions of the knee which can be addressed arthroscopically include meniscal tears, ACL ruptures, loose bodies, subluxing and dislocating patellae (kneecaps), and joint surface (articular) defects.
